At Starbar, every report is personalised based on the details submitted by the customer at the time of purchase. As this is a digital product, no physical item is shipped.

Delivery timeline

  • Personalised reports are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the date of successful payment and submission of complete and accurate required details.

  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays unless otherwise stated.

Delivery method

  • Reports are delivered digitally to the customer through the email address provided at the time of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the submitted email address, phone number, birth details, and other required information are accurate and complete.

Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed if the submitted customer information is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or requires clarification.

  • Delivery timelines may also be affected by high order volumes, technical issues, public holidays, or situations beyond reasonable control.

  • In such cases, Starbar will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer using the contact information provided.

Failed delivery

  • If a report cannot be delivered due to an incorrect email address, an unavailable communication channel, or missing required information, the customer must contact Starbar to arrange re-delivery.

  • Starbar is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
