Refund policy
Because Starbar offers personalised digital reports that are prepared based on customer-provided information and reviewed for individual use, returns are generally not accepted once work on the order has begun or the report has been delivered. Digital-product refund policies commonly limit refunds once access or delivery has occurred, especially where the content is personalized.
No return policy for digital products

Since the product sold by Starbar is a customised digital report, it cannot be physically returned.

Once an order is successfully placed and processing has begun, it is generally considered non-returnable.
Refund eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

The customer was charged but the order was not successfully created due to a verified technical issue.

Starbar is unable to deliver the report due to an internal issue and no equivalent resolution is provided.

A major factual error occurred in the report due solely to incorrect processing by Starbar, and the issue cannot be corrected through revision.
Refunds not applicable in the following situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where:

The customer changes their mind after purchase.

The customer does not like or agree with the interpretation, outcome, style, or insights in the report.

The customer entered incorrect birth details, contact details, or any other required information.

The report has already been delivered.

Delay occurred due to incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Correction/revision option

If a customer believes there is a factual issue related to the submitted details or order processing, they should contact Starbar within 48 hours of report delivery.

Where appropriate, Starbar may review the concern and offer a reasonable correction or revision instead of a refund.
Refund request timeline

Refund requests, where applicable, must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to banking or payment partner timelines.
